How to get the RTC online in karnataka ?

♠ Go to official Bhoomi website https://www.landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/Service84 https://www.landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/citizenportal

♠ Click on Services

♠ Click on i RTC

♠ Now it will ask to fill your name, mobile number, Email id & Aadhaar number. After filling all the details click on Proceed button.

♠

♠ This will take you to a new page which will request you to fill in information

♠ Here, select the District, Taluk, Hobli, village and enter the Survey number of the required RTC, select the surnoc and hissa number and RTC validity

♠ Now, click on ‘Fetch Details’

♠ Details related to land records will be shown. To view RTC click on view RTC option

♠ After viewing your RTC, Click on Pay and Download option.

♠ Fee for downloading RTC is Rs.15

♠ After selection declaration click on Pay now

♠ The page will redirect to SBI online page. You can pay fee through any of the following methods.
Net Banking or Credit Card or Debit Card

♠ After successful payment the RTC will be shown. You can now print your RTC.
